I thought making it clear that this is an unpaid volunteer project to be involved with was enough information, but I will explain further here:

- Jago Games has had the demo in development for 7 months now, Jago Games is a 1 man team and completely unpaid at this point.

- No profits have been made or are currently being made off the demo.

- Some game art is the result of paid commissions, some is the result of kind artist donations, some is the result of Jago Games personal unpaid work.

- The musical composer for the demo is currently working on an unpaid basis

- As there are no sources of income the budget has been severely restricted to the point where any voice acting on the demo would need to be unpaid and done out of passion for the project rather than monetary compensation.

- Moving forward, the demo will remain a free to download demo until it reaches a successful Kick Starter funding event

- Voice actors cast in the free demo will receive no payment of any kind, you will also be required to sign over the rights to your performance for Jago Games to use in the free demo, this will not equate to rights for usage in the full commercial version of the game (that would also make no sense, as all roles would need to be re-negotiated after a successful kickstarter).

- Voice acting for the commercial version would be dependent on a "Full VA" stretch goal.

- By being selected to voice a character in the demo you are not guaranteed to be hired to work on the full commercial version of the game,

although you would be much more likely to be-recast for the paid work if you are currently happily volunteering on the project.

- The spirit of this casting call is me reaching out to VAs who have been following the project and are passionate about the characters in the game, let's have fun with this!

THE GIRLS!!!

April has a kind heart and a cheerful helpful personality.

Her final few years in Rollings High have not been the easiest for her due to some problems at home and at school, but she always arrives with a smile!

A general all-round achiever, borderline teachers pet, she believes in fairness and honesty and working hard to achieve the goals you set for yourself.

The demo introduces April as she is getting to know Marty, May and Tyler better.  As the final school year comes to a close April wants to make sure she doesn't have any regrets to take with her into graduation and she wants to make it clear how much she values her newfound friends.

Beth is a quirky one!

She has a few key passions that define her school life, one being stage acting and the other being a keen interest in the spirit realm!

Beth loves to organize and act in school drama performances, preferable putting on plays of a more adult nature, that are somewhat outside of her life experience and make the school staff uncomfortable. 

When it comes to anything hokey-dokey like Tarot readings, seances, ouija boards and crystal balls then Beth is all over that too, developing a rep at school for being a wannabe witch.

Her personality is outgoing and cheeky with a sometimes surprisingly serious and ambitious side. Loyal and used to defending her wacky friends from the schools meaner elements she's a good friend to have onside, even if at times she can be a bit tunnel visioned about achieving her own goals!

Claudia is a brainiac wizz kid, but also suffers from feelings of isolation.

On one hand her great academic talents have set her apart from her classmates and created a kind of isolation for her at school and on the other hand her home life living alone with her eccentric inventor grandfather causes its own types of social issues.

Claudia is a caring soul with a great passion for literature and learning, she respects the written word and cherishes books of all kinds, an analytical person she can often spend too much of her focus on trying to understand something rather than just enjoying an experience.

She will often try to befriend others by offering information and advice she has learned from a lifetime of study, although this can often backfire making her come across as a "know it all" or just too cold and clinical.

If she could meet some other kids who appreciate her unique personality for what it is then her seniors sadness might evaporate rather quickly!

Ellie comes across as very sweet, but she has a  surprisingly stern side to her as well.

After suffering several years of health related problems she's determined to make the most of her finals week and experience as much as she can!

When challenged on something important to her, Ellie can really dig her heels in and show off her well developed stubborn streak.

While definitely open to making new friends in her final school days, prom also weighs heavily on Ellie's mind, after missing so much school she really hopes her prom night will be memorable and that she will be able to share it with the boy  she cares about!

She is somewhat naive due to all the times she's missed school as a senior, but a pet peeve of hers is to be called immature or treated like someone who needs special treatment because of her previous problems.

What a bouncy little elf Emerald is!

She likes to paint, she likes to be surrounded by trees and flowers!

She says she can see the fairy kingdom and learn it's secrets!

Emerald doesn't fit into any standard social groupings with her rather unique personality, but luckily for her she's not bothered because her main focus is on exploring the woods and glens around the town and painting them.

Her personality is almost always bubbly and cheerful (unless the fairys are insulted in her presence) and she doesn't seem to suffer from much of the teen angst that plagues other seniors.

It might seem at times that Emerald's attention span is bouncing all over the place like a butterfly in the wind, but she truly calms and focuses when she paints, another good tactic for trapping her attention is to tell her entertaining stories, especially if they involve tales of the forest!

Is there more to Emerald than meets the eye? Or is she really just a woodlands spirit disguised as a teenage girl?

The main waitress at the local Diner, only a few short years earlier she was graduating from Rolling High herself, full of big dreams for her future outside of the tiny world of Franks Hollow.....

But things didn't work out that way and now Felicity is busy paying off her debts by working for tips at the diner.

A born prankster and joker, she loves to trade wise-cracks with customers and genuinely cares about the people she serves.

The longer she stays in Franks Hollow as an adult, the more the town and it's residents find a place in her heart.....sure she still might strike out for Capital City one day....when she's saved up enough cash.....but she'd need to check up on all her favorite residents and make sure they were doing OK before she split town.....maybe next year.

And remember.....what happens in Vegas.....stays in Vegas.

Gemma is an innocent looking Junior who has developed an apparent interest in  Marty, perhaps simply because he reminds her of an older brother type figure?

Gemma's home-life is less than ideal, often she feels neglected and ignored by her parents, she can find the other junior students to be childish, annoying and stupid, which doesn't help make her too popular with peers her own age....

Her behavior can swing from being sweet and endearing to downright bratty and obnoxious, if someone was mature and thoughtful enough to find out what's going on in Gemma's personal life, they might be able to help....

June seems to be an easy going popular girl, with a secret habit of taking sneaky midday naps!

Her general attitude is relaxed and friendly with a bit of a teasing streak thrown in for fun!

 At times she can seem a bit distracted and spaced out, but this is often due to her either being hungry or sleepy.....

She's part of the cool kids clique, but even she seems confused as to how that happened, it's like she just went with the flow and ended up there, most likely to do with her good looks and effortless personality. Unlike most of the cool kids her family isn't rich and she's not exceptionally good at any particular sport.

June's also smarter than she lets on, most people just assume she's a bimbo due to her average grades and her bouncy blonde hair.

June seems to enjoy the time she's been spending chatting with Marty this final year.....perhaps it's because when she's around him she doesn't feel the annoying pressures that seem to come with being part of the cool crowd.

Miss B!  She's more than just her chest guys! Something that Marty could do well to remember!

While Miss B certainly appears to fill out the role of the sexy teacher that all the high school boys fantasize about, she might have a lot more going on behind the scenes than it would appear!

While her motivations for transferring in to Rollings High are vieled in secrecy....she does show a genuine enjoyment in helping young people learn and grow. If she does notice some of the boys eyeing her chest from time to time she seems to take it in stride and doesn't let it bother her too much.

In private she enjoys a few some dignified tastes, such as preparing elaborate meals, drinking  fine wine and curating her extensive classical opera collection....

Based off her appearance and they way she talks.....she's been having a rough time just trying to survive against some dark disturbing force that haunts the dreamscape........

Sammy appears to function as the social lubricant that keeps the cool kids from ripping each others heads off!

A natural negotiator, she seems to get along with everyone and stays on good terms with all the different cliques around school, she's also forever apologizing for Sylvia or Chaz's bad behavior after they do something particularly offensive.

Her and April used to be very close until some undisclosed drama went down that saw April leave the cool kids group. She obviously seems to want to re-connect with April but it's like she doesn't know quite what to say or do around her.

What is really Samantha's deal anyway and why does she continue to play her role in the cool kids hierarchy?

Are you game enough to find out? I don't think this is going to be an easy nut to crack......as most of the time she refuses to even mix with anyone outside of the cool group and making any form of friendly communication with her is next to impossible.

The only places your might run into her is cheer squad, student union meetings and the popular kids house parties (if you can score an invite!).

Oh yeah and her family is filthy rich, of course!

He has a thing for scifi movies, anime and video games, so naturally you two freaks spend a fair bit of time together both in and outside of School.

He's pretty handy with computers and electronics too and could definitely be a science or math geek if he was willing to apply himself to getting grades rather than the weird projects he messes around with at home.
